* Our trained therapists offer treatments to soothe, scrub, cleanse, polish and balance. From relaxation and deep tissue massage, facials and foot treatments, to body scrubs and body wraps, there is a wide variety of treatments for you to choose from, relax and enjoy.
* Cancellation, if necessary, must be at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment to avoid being charged 50% of your service(s).
* All no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.
* Reservations are strongly recommended. Appointments can be made and confirmed with the front desk.
* Great Jones Spa charges may be settled with cash, credit card, gift certificate or charged to your room folio.
* Gratuities are not included in the Great Jones Spa menu prices, and are a matter of personal discretion to reflect your satisfaction.
* If you have any physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, or are pregnant, please inform us when you make your reservation so we may properly guide you trough your treatment choices.
* Should you prefer a male or female therapist, or would like to request the same therapist from a previous visit, please inform us when making your reservation. All requests will be honored whenever possible.
